Welcome to my home page! My name is Rose Roper, a Real Estate Agent with Rand Realty, Rockland County, New York. The Rand family is affiliated with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services Inc, one of the fastest growing Real Estate networks in the world.

My background prior to becoming a Real Estate agent, was in healthcare and included healthcare leadership roles for over 25 years. Real estate, as in healthcare, is about serving individuals and their families and helping them achieve their goals of selling their homes or buying their dream home. Serving with an attitude of excellence and respect is critical in facilitating a positive process.

Over 5 years ago, I took on an assignment of caring for my spiritual mom who has needed long term assistance with her care. In the process of caring for her, I became a real estate agent as this gives me the option of being available to her whenever she needs assistance, while providing me the flexibility of meeting with clients and assisting them with their real estate needs.

Buying or selling a home can be a very challenging experience for anyone. An agent who is able to guide a client through the process and do this with a spirit of excellence, respect, value and ethics can change a challenging experience into one that is smooth and fun. I use my solid experience of serving in excellence to help homeowners and potential homeowners meet their goals based on their individualized needs.

One of my excitements is simply watching a client's face all lit up when they finally hold the key to their dream home.... PRICELESS!
